Heck, to truly beat the game you'll probably need to restart atleast once, anyway. It is kinda unfortunate that whiny ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is the only exception to the rule of always being able to rewind back a few days when you get a really bad one, but i guess you can always avoid picking it in future runs (it'll stay transformed, though), and if you do encounter him, you can load up the last checkpoint. Atleast the armor it produces is pretty good, not gonna find better anti-pale damage anywhere else, it's generally good against other damagetypes too.
The other alternative would be to reset your save file so it is completely empty again, i guess, that ougta undo the transformation. Clicking the Lobotomy logo in the main menu lets you clear all save data.
That is kinda the problem. If WhiteNight is your first ALEPH you can not work on it since you need a 1.0 Pale employee or better, and even that is not enough. The abnormality is meant for more Late game, not early game. So EX would also be not available unless you have spent hours farming before obtaining WhiteNight, which most people who started the game will never do. WhiteNight is also classified as a Boss under my book with how tedious of an escape it has, so that is my classification not a confirmed one.
Why I said it will effect the 100% is because you are removing WhiteNight. If you have all Observation on it, there is no effect to the 100% completion.
