Twilight?

I managed to obtain this, but it says to equip this I need all stats above 110.

How do you get justice to be above 110? I have the other three stats uncapped to 120

There are 2 ways.

1.- Defeat Hokma [ Grey Sephira ]

2.- When I can't get the stats to 110. I just get rewards [ E.G.O. Gift] from abnormalities with the stat boost.
Just make sure to lock them so you don't lose them if you work with another abnormality that also gives a E.G.O. gift for the same slot (head / cheek / etc).

If you are not sure what abnormality gives what E.G.O. gift boost. You can check the wiki.

On the same screen you give E.G.O. weapons to your soldiers.

Still, there is also the wiki talking about it / how 2 do it.

Next to the stats of your employes, there is an arrow, click it and it will display the E.G.O. gifts he or she is wearing.

Isn't the Apocalypse Birds EGO gift enough to get to the 110 requirement? From what I remember is that most titles allow for employees to be over 100 (max stats), usually from 4-10 over the stat limit.

I got twilight without ego gift since I had to go back to memory repository due to lack of agents.
