Can't move my employees

Am i not supposed to be able to send employees from one room to another? Whenever I try, it just doesn't do anything. It's necessary to move employees to fight certain abnormalities and this makes it very very difficult.

Select them, then right click on room. Should work.

[Screen Lady]

Hold down left click, and drag a box over the employees, then right click to where you want them to go.
