"but video evidence is conflicted this (possibly due to different version) and all missions have been completed"
What evidence? What it conflicts with? Which missions were completed and why they shouldn't be?
Anyways, there's always an option to restart from day 1, retaining research, EGO-s and suppressions. You don't have to do all suppressions in one playtrough.
-Like being unable to supress some cores until certain days and later are reached?
-A certain amount of department progression being potentially required?
-Can't be done on memory imprint/repository days. (Such as day 1, 6, 11 ... 26, 31, 36, etc...)
-Can't be done on days 46+ due to the obviously rather special circumstances.
-And of course being required to beat missions or other core supressions first?
Well, it should tell you what you're missing in any case. Maybe day 45 no longer works for that given the giant bombshell of a story they start dropping on you for days 46+? Or possibly one of the requirements where not met, hard to say. Or they changed their mind with a newer version, not sure really.
Ah well, best to simply revert to day 41 and do whatever final business you had before heading into the madness of days 46 and beyond...
