Binah's mission "Abnormality Dissolution"

Hi, I am having a probelm completing this mission.

For some reason, even I have every abnormality in facility with maximum observation, the game does not considered mission complete

I am confuse if 'maximum observation' is the info that unlocks with unique PE-boxes or do I have to get a perfect score with all abnormalities?

I do have all 3 birds, and I have defeated apocalypse bird

Also I had witch doctor which now is whitenight (did suppress, not via prayer)

My extraction team is fully upgraded and Record team is only level 2

maximum observation means get all the research

I'm fairly certain for this mission, you have to have 100% information on all abnormalities currently in your facility, this includes tool-type abnormalities which often get overlooked/ignored.

So, you may wanna take a look at everything you got in the facility and see if you got all the details unlocked, especially on tool-types. So that means you gotta max out tool info, unlock all work favour information, escape information, general details, all the work tips (double-check to see if you missed any work tips, they're sneaky little things), etc.

There's a reasonable chance you missed a little thing here or there, i guess? It kinda happens, that, or the game is bugged if everything, truly everything is on max observation level. Wonder if WN can bug it if you transform it without maxing it's observation level beforehand? Hm...

- research all the levels for abnormalities
- research all tips for the tools
- end the day with all the research done

The mission is completed when the day ends, not during it
