That said, if you wish to use the shelter tactic, well... You'd have to sacrifice some employees then who will deal with the Fixers. If you need an actual battle plan for defeating her the regular way (ideally with 0 deaths), then i guess it would be something like...
Preperation: Before engaging her, dump all non-combat employees in an elevator, ideally near the Control Team. She will not pass through elevators with her Gold Rush attack, so they're safe spots ussually. Tip: With employees stacked in an elevator like this, you can essentially shield everyone for the cost of merely one bullet!
Phase 1: Send some of your tough employees to beat her up, nothing special yet, if damage is an issue, get them good anti-white armor and use red shield, or visa versa. Or give them Mimicry as weapon and a good anti-white armor? Plenty of options. If damaged enough, she uses Gold Rush, creates portals, and rushes through them dealing notable damage to anyone in the way, and typically always exiting from a portal in some main department room.
Phase 2: Same as phase one but damage is increased, no real difference in tactics from phase 1, but be careful about her spears, shield employees to prevent massive black damage. If needed, give them healing breaks before re-engaging her. Also be VERY careful about the transition to phase 3, as once her HP is depleted, she throws her weapons sideways, try and figure out which way mimciry (red DMG) and silent ochestra (white DMG) is thrown and shield accordingly the further you manage to get away from her, the more time you have to respond. Alternatively, red-shield them and if they get hit by white, just use white damage to restore their sanity. She also has a special attack during this phase where she throws Silent Ochestra's weapon to a room, then dashes towards it, doing (heavy?) damage to anyone in the way.
Phase 3: This one can be cheesed by using Blue Star's weapon on her, just stay far enough away and her Judgement slashes won't reach your employees, nor will the hammer. Careful about the spears, however, she still throws them, and they hurt. Alot. Use black shields to not die to them.
Also, before you fight her, gather up your non-combat employees and try to spread them evenly in the Control Team main room and the hallways leading to the 1st (One Sin) and 2nd abnormalities located under the big side-rooms. And keep an eye out for Gold Rush, since it can target Control Team's hallways and rooms, if you see portals there, get the employees out of there.
Phase 4: This one is where it's all or nothing... From here, she'll either...
A: Perform Gold Rush, in which you'll want to keep employees away from portals, since one slash from her can kill even ALEPH-geared employees, look for where she lands, and if it's close enough to your employees in Control Team, send them after her and hope you can kill her before she recovers. If she's too far away, just let her recover, and she'll either do Gold Rush again or go to step B.
B: She'll target an employee and chase after them. The employee will be marked identically like if Little Red was attacking them, with a red eye marker above them, try and find who is marked, put them in the central chamber of Control Team, and move everyone else into the side-hallways below the big rooms. The moment she enters the room and sees the employee she'll do an large radius attack, easily killing anyone in it. The employee's death can be avoided by letting her see the employee, but them making the employee leave the room ASAP after she starts the attack, but if that feels too risky, just let her kill the employee. After she's done attacking, she needs to recover, send them in the room to kill her, and that's that.
It's actually quite doable, if you got some ALEPH and WAW equipment. It's remarkably easy if you got alot of ALEPH equipment and fill up the rest with WAW-tier stuff. Even easier if you obtained Twilight! So fighting her is worth a try, though i'll admit i cheesed her first time too, but fighting her with the gathered-up ALEPH equipment (especially now that you can get two of each) is more fun, and more effecient.
I would suggest you simply fill every spot with a (semi-)competent employee, the more damage you can do to her at once, the better. I suppose if you where able to defeat the Claw on day 47, you should have little issue fighting her. If anything it's easier to stay at 0 deaths with her then it is with the Claw.
Like, ♥♥♥♥ that attack, it's litterally unsurvivable, maybe someone in WN's anti-pale armor might have a 5% chance to survive it, at best. But everyone else dies.
Ah well, one Twilight employee should deal with the fixes easily, yeah... Though the Black Fixer can screw you over if it unleashes a particularly bad abnormality... (Like Nothing There, Blue Star, etc.) :P
Well, i guess you got a solid plan for Day 48 then, though the shelter tactic is really boring... I assume you are aware of the pattern by now? Day 47, upper-level bosses at once, Day 48, mid-level bosses at once? So that means Day 49 has the dreaded combo of Binah and not being able to pause (without deaths). This is probably the second-most aggravating unfair challange in the game (the worst being fighting a breached WN), so maybe some quick tips?
(Might as well spoiler it for now, if you don't wanna spoil day 49, or if you somehow haven't done the relevant bosses yet. I should tell you though, if you haven't done all the core supressions you cannot reach the actual ending, not until you do them all. And if you really want the truest ending you'd have to 100% all non-backer abnormalities too!)
Day 49 Tips:
-If you can defeat her, even with 40+ employees dead, do it. It's worth it (i'm not even exaggerating the anticipated death toll here, it gets crazy).
-She should appear on IV (meltdown 4?), so if you see a White Noon listed to appear on state IV, maybe consider resetting. A White Noon + Binah is no fun, no fair.
-If you have the Backwards Clock you can undo nasty escapes, once.
-Have a hit-team consisting of like 1 employee per department gathering together to chase after her while everyone else prepares to work on meltdowns.
-The Architecture department is immune to Binah's special meltdowns (but if she passes through, or pillar-blasts em, she'll still cause regular meltdowns), so you can place like 5 ALEPH-tier guys in there with the sole purpose to chase her down, if you like.
-Spread your employees into seperate rooms to minimize damage taken from Black Waves and Spikes she spawns around them.
-Do not stack multiple/many employees in elevators. The spikes/waves will stack up and kill them easily.
-Slow Bullets do WONDERS on Binah, if you got the time to apply them.
-Maybe don't engage and actively avoid her until she's vulnerable/stunned, since she may be provoked into pillaring people, and pillars cause meltdowns.
-Pause damage is reduced, so if needed you can use it sparingly. And seriously, you will WANT to pause in order to deal with meltdowns. Luckily, you're allowed to pause during phase 3 as well now even if you do take damage from doing so, where you're meant to stop her meltdown of pillars.
-And if you're having too much trouble defeating her, restart and try to build a facility that's as binah-proof as possible (avoiding nasty abnormalities, avoiding tools that need oversight, etc). It helped me alot. It's worth it if you're still having trouble, trust me.
-And to that extent, if you're given nasty abnormalities, you can open the menu in the abnormality picking section, and restart or go to main menu and re-do the day you just did, if building a safe facility for the madness ahead.
Hm, so far for quick tips, for this unfair crap you need like a freakin' guide, huh? :P
But atleast it's the final challange, once you've done it, you're in the clear...
And you know, the Claw does have invulnerability frames once he starts that attack, so yeah, if you're not doing incredible damage to him to kill him before he starts that attack, he will do it and nothing will interrupt it once it starts. But i guess killing him fast and skipping his unavoidable-deaths phase is a nice way of doing it yeah. Quite luck-based though.
Those glitches sound rather inconvenient too, but i guess the inevitable restart will fix that. You should probably try and make a binah-proof and safe facility though, only picking things that are easy to deal with when she's around, basically. It does freakin' wonders for dealing with how unfair Day 49 is. But i guess that'll do yeah.
