Beat all Sephirah in the second layer, and ignore the third layer: Ending B.
Beat all Sephirah in all three layers: Ending C.
Actual ending - Seed Of Light 100% = beat day 50.
Extra/True(?) ending cutscene = beat day 50 with 100% Abnormality Dissolution rate. (Not sure if it's viewable in story viewer though.)
(Not 100% sure what the ending's called, but the ABC endings are just bad endings that cut the story short. Kinda like a game-over cutscene.)
From here it's minor speculation, but... Endings A B and C, while triggered from lacking the relevant cores to progress, might also trigger if you do poorly when attempting to supress days 47-49 and keep on persisting despite the massive casualties (especially when spectating for a while after everything's dead) and other issues for a while, forcefully ending the day and giving you an ending.
I definitely had a case where i was playing day 49, failure happened as usual (it's an awful day), just about (nearly) everyone died, and i just kept on going for a bit until the game kicked me out and right into the ending C cutscene. So this may trigger endings A and B in a similar alternate way, too.
I can only really confirm the last one though. But endings ABC get unlocked by beating the game and getting to the end, too. So... Nothing major to worry about if you want to see those endings, you can just open em up in the story viewer.
And i got a strong hunch you get the ABC endings if you try to go to an day without having all the cores of the upcoming day supressed. (So, ending A could trigger if you miss any upper-level cores when finishing day 46, ending B would probably be triggered by finishing day 47 without clearing middle-level cores, and C would be clearing 48 without beating lower-level cores.)
Endings ABC should be available in the story viewer that you can acces from the main menu upon beating the game, if not sooner because of reasons (like beating the relevant day). If not, that sounds like a annoying bug... But if you're really determined, then i'd say try resetting all save data, and...
-For ending A, see how far you can go in days 46+ without supressing all the upper sephirah cores.
-For ending B, same drill, but supress all upper cores but not all middle cores.
-For ending C, same again, but don't finish all lower core supressions. (Or see if the alternate method still works, and just get beaten up badly on day 49, and linger around for a while, watching the chaos ensue.)
If that seems like too much work, then honestly, i'd just recommend watching the missed endings on youtube or something. They're just fancy game-over cutscenes anyway, and encountering one means you will not progress to the next day (just like restarting the day).
