Things to avoid in this game by my experience(You will understand if you are experienced)
I do not say it myself, but if you have experience, you will understand it.

How many things you can understand?

1.There is only one abnormality to trust. O-03-03
You will know why this thing is true if you managed tons of abnormalities
2.Do NOT pick way too much Low-Risk-Level Abnormalities(Zayin~He)
If you do that, efficiency will terriblely low you might need to see Dusk ordeals
3.Do NOT pick abnoramalities your employees cant manage
Do I have to say why?
4.Do NOT pick abnormalities based on The Wonderful Wizard of Oz
They hate high-rank employee... No Idea after clearing education team boss fight
5.Do NOT touch tiny small cute bird when he/she is flying
You will know what this thing says as soon as you started game
6.Do NOT trust texture.
The cute abnormalities actualy distorteed image by special filter for manager.
It might be terribly shaped things in real
7.Do NOT trust crow.
If you already did that... RIP
8.Do NOT trust trees or related things
This game somewhy hates tree abnormalities
9.Do NOT trust blessings
Blessings are harmful. In this game
10.Do NOT collect birds
......birds can..... FUSION!!
11.Do not trust ZAYIN/TETH/HE level abnormalities
Most of them has triggered instant-kill abilities
12.Do not trust risk level
Sometimes.. ALEPH is easier than WAW/HE
Meanwhile, ZAYIN might be more dangerous than ALEPHs
13.Do your mission as quick as possible
Delaying is harmful
14.Face the fear(Alephs), create the future(power)
You must face ALEPHs if you can
15.Do NOT Trust tools
They are more danagerous than ALEPHs
16.Do not trust or favor and emotions
Sometimes normal or bad mood is better for them
17.Do not trust kind abnormalities
Abnormalities are from humanity's fear
They won't be always kind
18.Note the abnormalities attack pattern
While surpression, you must dodge attacks as you can
19.Do not pick which breachment triggered by death
Clerks are annoying because of these abnormalities
20.Do not trust anything but your experience
Every characters in game, including AI, might tell you lie or have an bad idea
21.Do not trust music
Music is harmful in this game
22.Do not trust healing abnormalities
We are prey, for them.
Or they might be gone evil for some reason
23.Read abnormality record wisely
But sometimes they might lie.
Be careful.
24.Fairy Tale Abnormalities generally hard to manage
Most of them has mid~hight risk level
25.Be prepared from pathogens/zombie apocalypse
Some abnormalities over WAW has infection mechanics

You can downgrade any stat, when hiring those level 3 agents. Forgot to mention that in other thread.
But, yeah, I don't like abnormalities thar require someone with low stat. Sometimes I'm taking Woodsman when other options are bad, because it does not cause any trouble, if ignored.

Warm-Hearted Woodsmen is a nope for me in the late game. Fine with any other abnormality, even the ones that hate when employees die or the 2 gods.

I disagree with the tools, not all of them are bad.

Some can really help even late game, just cause you fail to pay attention to the warnings doesn't make them worse than Alephs.

[ Except these 4: T-09-80, T-09-85, O-09-96, T-09-90. They can go to hell for being useless. ]

Well, you are right.
But some of them, especially you don't have enough observation for them, it would be disaster if you overuse it.
This is why I mentioned them they are more dangerous than ALEPHs
