Punishing Bird and random employee deaths

Is punishing bird bugged in some way ? I never asked to supress it in all my playthroughs but I'm still having people dying from time to time while he's out, never saw it myself since I was looking at other things but still... He shouldn't be able to kill lvl V employees that didn't attack him so I don't understand why there are still people dying

Punishing Bird will kill any employee that deals damage to it. If an employee has a suit that reflects damage and punishing bird hits that employee, that employee will die because they damaged Punishing Bird through reflecting damage. I had the same problem and quickly found out that the Black Swan suit was casuing my employees to die from Punishing Bird

was gonna say that aswell heck i just found out the suit had that power becuase i never used it and only way i found it out is because of a video i saw

Oh well, the two employees that keep dying have Black Swan suit, must be that thank you ><
