Does You must be Happy help get the 10 employees over 100 Justice assignment? I'm on day 45 and despite having like 20 employees at Justice 5 only 6 are over 100.
Id hate to restart if I can just keep going back to reroll for you must be Happy. (I need to get rid of express train to hell anyway lol)

I think the day has to start with people over 100, like in the setup assignment phase, and to have their stats be raised by YMBH would have required you to started the day. If you start a day with the requirements, the quest will say it has been completed. Maybe you've already figured this out though.

Ah darn your right. I'm halfway through a day now and with department buffs I have lots of people over 100. Thanks
