To answer the question about "cheats". Yes, there are console commands, I don't know them, only a sworn handful seem to know it and its for playtesting from what i've heard. If you'd really want to screw around with Lobotomy Corporation like having high stats for employees or whatever I'd just say use CheatEngine, though you kinda miss out on the sense of accomplishment. It's not that hard a game until, y'know, dayd 45-49.

Yes there are cheets but locked under a key that like user above only Play testers and people from the Beta and Alpha know about. Currently a lock was placed there after the full release so you have to manually go into the code and remove the lock to access some of the fun console stuff.
