How to see employee hp and sanity?

So how do i see hp and sanity. I can only see it when assigning work or assigning to surpress

I believe it's one of the research projects from the Information Team, just keep on doing the missions they give you whenever you can do them, and you'll get some research options every now and then, which unlocks various benefits and upgrades.

So you'll definitely want to unlock all of the researches from the Control Team and Information Department, those are kinda basic, essential tools (especially the ones from Control Team).

Ah ok. I guess i should have guessed. Got all the control ones already. I better start gettting missions so

Well, for every new department you unlock more missions become available, so just keep on going and you'll be fine. Missions, along with other types of progress and unlocked equipment/information are kept (though you can lose equipment when employees die and you don't restart the day), even if you where to restart back on day 1 again or revert to a checkpoint.

So try and finish them when you can, only gotta do each mission once anyway. They're quite worth it if you manage to do so.
