High lvl (with lvl 5+ Fortitude) employee's to Instinct work and you will be fine

Most of the problems come when there is an ordeal and he goes to 0, it takes me like 5 seconds to see him and the employees all die from white damage except my high lvl chars and i just have to restart the day.
EDIT : Should i just reset? I'm on day 24

Try to get a high lvl instinct dude with some armor so he wont suffer much dmg,try to get him to ALWAYS work on the fetus,if he starts screaming just redirect everyone far away from him and try not to use the abnormalities close to him,if that doesnt work just retry the day
