Only other one i could think of that acts similarly to the above now is Schadefreude (keyhole machine thing), if provoked by watching it as it's breached/actively worked on, maybe? Not sure.
You'd have to ask someone who's studied them a bit more in-depth. But i can say all the other ones are all fine, no jump scares on those.
Edit: So, if uncertain, you could do what i did, avoid picking them. Though that may be a slightly difficult process since you don't get to see their names until you've researched them, the only hints at that point is in their vague discriptions.
Other than old Wall Gaser, I can't think of one that made me want to puch monitor first, ask questions later.
As for Keyhole, it doesn't jumscare at all. Just easy to provoke, hard to suppress. Unless you know the trick, it will chop your agents into kibbles.
But jump scares can go die in a fire.
As mentioned there is one abnormality that when handled poorly will scream and distort the screen but it isn't loud or tries to be scary.
Chances are you jumped more from that distortion you got from watching that one poorly recorded clip on a smartphone the other day.
The motto is "face the fear, build the future". But facing your fear is more about sending your favourite employee to handle a new abnormality and having them killed or the entire facility falling into chaos.
But lobotomy corp isn't an horror game
It's a psychological horror, with the stories and all that, it's more going to freak you out like crazy than make you jump out of your seat
But, for the gameplay, I'd call it a stress game, you're not scared, it's just that your heart is beating 300 times a minute due to all the things you have to take care of in a matter of seconds
Thankfully, the game gives you an incredible tool, which would sound op, but here, it's the least you can ask for: the ability to stop time
Be cautious though, some of these monsters will actually mess with your game settings and mechanics
If you want to know about the jumpscare, I'll spoil it here:
Most likely early in the game, a teth abnormality (second lowest level in the game) with the appearance of a naked woman facing a wall, whose face cannot be seen, with black hair and the ability to stretch her neck has the ability of screaming and distording your screen when she's in a bad mood, but, if she's being worked on and your camera (screen) is zoomed in on her, the same jumpscare will happen but a really disgusting face will appear

Either make it X promotions across all days, or make it 1 promotion, like the later quest is.
I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm fine with not seeing the XP, but they tied a mission to it.
