Battle with the Arbiter too short?
First, I don't think that this suppression is easy. The last stage made me a little nervous.
But... It continues literally 7-8 minutes, and for half of them I just waiting while my top employees crush them.
I've spent an hour for Gebura and 25 minutes for Hohma. So it's so strange for the pre-last (or not? :) boss.

[SPOILERS ALERT!]

Maybe, one more phase is required in the beginning to understand what to do. The Arbiter just walks fast in their armor, and a player should understand the main mechanic of the boss.

Also, I've not understood, what pillars they want to use in the last stage. The Arbiter was killed before they could apply this ability. Maybe, the Arbiter should use 0/2/4/8 pillars according to a stage. If pillars do some damage, it also should vary from weak to strong to show risks.

I guess it's only long if you don't know what you're meant to do? That said i only tried it a few times before giving up because of how utterly OP that boss is if your facility is tough to handle...

Can't appreciate the Mountain of Smiling Bodies getting out of it's room at the start, The Burrowing Heaven FORCING me to pay attention to it thus not being able to fight the boss properly, and in general alot of ALEPH and WAW threats being very damage-intensive, doesn't help that you need to be rather lucky with that tool abnormalities are selected... Alot of em easily kill agents or gimp their stats... As if the boss wasn't already gonna brutally kill them, sheesh!

At this rate i'm forced to rebuild everything and make it as bloody peaceful as possible, even at the cost of energy (since alot of the ALEPHS, WAW's and some HE's are great energy producers), and just brute-force the inevitable Noon ordeals... Because it ain't happening with all of that also attacking me besides the boss...

Man, redoing the early days is a chore, and really frustrating/depressing... Doubt anyone has any tips on what'll make the boss battle easier besides building your base to be safer and avoiding abnormalities that breach with extreme ease because the whiny bastards need UTTER PERFECTION to not escape?

Hm, also wonder if her ability to cause meltdowns affects her department, if so, i REALLY gotta be careful with what's put in there... And part of me is thinking its wise to just avoid her and build up an attack squad ready to hit her once her disgustingly high defence is down (and pray it'll work properly, since for some reason the defences came back and there wasn't much to do about it).
Pity the strategy with the Shelter won't work on her...

It should be not a problem, if you've suppressed Gebura. Move two top employees with Mimicry weapon and Smile armor near to the entrance to the Mountain.

Hm. I have all ALEPHs and most WAWs (excepting Alriune, Heavens, Nest, Hatred and Hell Train).
You don't need to visit them all during a meltdown, just kill the Arbiter as fast as possible with you super-aleph employees.
Seems this battle is not possible only if you have Hell Express.

You need four V-level (IV level for ZAYIN/TETH) employees in each department to each of abnormality, and one EX-level employee with max Justice and ALEPH equipment (I call them super-alephs :).

First, move all your V-level employees to corridors, and move super-alephs to the corridor near the entrance to Bina department.
Then shot to the Arbiter with a slowing bullet. It very helps!
When they raise meltdowns, immediately send employees to work.
Then «overload» the Arbiter first time.

Repeat this.

In the third stage, when almost all complex has meltdowns, just send employees and punish-punish-punish this bad Arbiter. Use slowing bullets and shields. Move other employees to works as fast as possible.

Seems, this department is safe.

Yep.

Just plan your attack and defense before day start.
It's easier than it seems at first glance, just don't panic :)

Well, normally the Mountain of Smiling Bodies was pretty managable with just sending a knighted/blessed guy with aleph-tier equipment and Mimicry sword, but i guess ideally there shouldn't be an freakin' aleph breaching during this battle at all, also takes ages to give someone the buff. And with all the casualties each meltdown he'll burst out an cause trouble again, undoubtedly... (Which sucks for whoever's in his department, handling other containment units.)

Did kinda uh, cheese the Gerbura fight, heh... Just put someone in the shelter and left her to fight all the abnormalities, Blue Star did most of the damage with it's constant pulses. A pity Nothing There was just idling around and only fought her once, then she ran off, he probably would've won atleast one phase if she didn't ran away. It was uh, quite a spectacle... Seems even the rabbits i sent (who didn't last long) recognized her, i think. That's a nice touch. (I wouldn't recommend this method unless you got like 15 to 25+ minutes to burn though).

Hm... If one guy per department goes after her then that's a remarkably small hit squad to send at her, but i guess that's the best it's gonna get. Didn't think of using slowing bullets though, that'll help... (Cheaper that way too compared to healing bullets.) Doubt it'll be easy though, especially if the game won't give me a break regarding tool abnormalities...

Not entirely sure if her recovery from being weakened is real-time or turn-based though... Looked like a pretty short real-time limit, in the latter phases anyway... Hm, and then what, try to kill her with grossly high but not invincible defences, or wait for another meltdown? Ah well guess i'll find out soon enough. Also makes me curious if her meltdown affects We Can Change Anything, that'd be kinda lame. Hopefully it doesn't, for obvious reasons.
