How do I get abnormality dissolution for Don't Touch Me?

Currently trying to get 100% abnormality dissolution & 100% seed of light before breaking through into day 46 and beyond. How do I get Don't Touch Me to appear in my codex? I've crashed my game with it and unlocked the details of it ( https://i.imgur.com/bH2MIDG.png ), but it doesn't show up in my codex. Am I missing a step or is it not supposed to appear in my codex?

It is not supposed to appear in codex
And making game crash and leveling up observation level is not bug(Sicne this abnormality is weirdest abnormality in this game)
