Looking for advice on annoying bug(?)

I'm not sure if what I'm covering in this thread is spoilers or not so I guess be warned.

Basically I'm trying to suppress all cores before the end game (46 onwards), however every time I make it to day 45 (The day I have the final lower department fully expanded), the option to suppress the core disappears.
The department/core in question is the extraction dept/Binah.
I've completed all missions and after my first memory repo I just got the "core suppression available after fully expanding department" message, however once I got to day 45, where I had it fully expanded, it just disappeared. I'm well aware you can't suppress cores on memory imprint days, major save points, etc., however day 45 doesn't meet any of that criteria afaik? I can't find any discussion about a bug like this so if there's any solution other than day 1 reset I'd really appreciate it.

Say, at which day did you Suppress Hokma? 40 or 42? I think the game considers the department expanded only after you have finished the day you expanded it. I kinda expected this problem, so on day 40 instead of taking Hokma lvl5 I left it at lvl4 and took Binah lvl1. This way I fully expanded Binah at day 44 and on day 45 Suppressed it. So... I don't think it's a bug.

I'm not sure which specific day I suppressed Hokma but I did fully expand the record team before opening the extraction team... Despite this I don't see how this wouldn't be a bug, day 45 isn't a major save point nor a memory imprint day. Having to choose a specific order of department expansions in order to reach the deadline seems like a very unlikely design choice.

You need to do one Return to Memory Repository at day 44 I believe. On day 40 you must have both Hokma and Binah to have equal abnormalities count (2 and 2 or 3 and 3, I don't remember). It is not possible to do all suppressions before Keter one is started, so you either need one Memory Repository or Day1 reset. It is expected to start from Day 1 story wise, so same messages now will have different meaning to you. However, you can cheeze it with memory repository to re-play only 3 days.

Days 45+ are Ketter suppression days and you cant have two suppressions going at once.

And, I believe, you can't do suppressions on days before memory imprint and on memory imprint days. Plus you can do it only on next day after fully expanding and that will be day 46. And day 46 is already Keter suppression.

And for true ending on day 50 you need to explore 100% of Abnormalities anyways, so you need restarts.
