*Currently only reached day 20 so far.

It's workable for the most part:

Barring the meaning behind the four modes of operation ("Instinct", "Insight", "Attachment" and "Repression"), the UI is pretty clear on what does what. Some terms are odd though (eg "Lob" is used to hire, customise and train employees).

The "cutscene" moments at the end of each day have the odd grammar mistake or engrishy statement but are more or less understandable.

Abnormality descriptions are readable. "Managerial works" are generally clear and concise with the odd one or two that'll need a double-take.

Abnormality names are lol. (Honestly I'd prolly keep them that way just to keep them as alien as possible.)

The manual itself is a trainwreck of machine translation in which you'll read about something, go "wtf?" encounter that mechanic ingame, have a reread in the manual and go "Oh, I think I get it now"

Kohr-Ah, just read that oficial devs info about language:
"The English version is being translated into English by professional translation companies."
http://steamcommunity.com/games/568220/announcements/detail/3286922535739417143
and make conclusions about how very "professional" english in game, and try to feel, how it to us-translators (who haven't korean native speaker to help us to understand original lang of game content)

Yeah, I know translation is hard work. I'm sorry if I sounded harsh but those were my impressions on the game so far. I do think the translators are doing a good job so far.

Had a re-read of the manual and, yeah, most pages get the point across, but then you have pages like this.[ibb.co]
To begin with I'll say that I wouldn't be surprised if this page is just as confusing in Korean as it is in English. The first half of the page makes sense. The second half...I'm still not sure what it's going on about.

My understanding of how damage works so far is that employees and abnormalities have defenses that vary between damage types. What might be strong against RED damage might be weak to WHITE and so on.

But this page tells me that employee's armor also influences damage, and as far as I can tell, armor that makes you weak to RED also increases the RED damage you output? Or is that just the abnormality's defense? What's with the -4 to 4 in the chart? I'm not sure if this information is outdated and the page was forgotten about.

So again, I do think the translators are doing a good job. It was just a rundown of my thoughts, and I don't think they were even that bad. I'll concede the manual is better than what I gave it credit for though.

I don't know about grammar, but for me text is acceptable.
Maybe, main issue is that translators don't play this game and don't know some game mechanics. Therefore, sometimes, descriptions and tips are confusing.

If you have TETH weapon with red damage 4..6
and you attack ALEPH with red armor with defense 0.4,
you will do (ALEPH - TETH) * 0.4 * (4..6) = 60% * 0.4 * (4..6) = 0.96..1.44 damage.

If you have ALEPH armor with white defense 0.6
versus enemy HE weapon with white damage 10..15,
you will receive (ALEPH - HE) * 0.6 * (10..15) = 70% * 0.6 * (10..15) = 4.2..6.3 damage.

If you have ZAYIN armor with pale defense 2.0
and go to WAW with pale damage 5..7%,
you will get (ZAYIN - WAW) * 2.0 * (5..7%) = 150% * 2.0 * (5..7%) = 15..21% HP damage.

Pretty simple, I think.

Maybe, devs should use a defense/attack table instead. Tables and pictures are always better that plain text.

...Huh. Thank you for clearing that up. Couldn't find anything that even looked like that on the English wiki (until now :angelgaze:).
