Or just send very healthy employee and pray for their survival c:
You WILL need an employee with 1.5x Pale (HE/WAW) armor (If you have less, such as 1.0x from ALEPH armor or 0.8x "A sword sharpened by tears(Knight of despair)", it'll be better), with Lvl5 Temperance and Lvl5 Prudence (For success rate and lvl5 Inight job).
Get it's armor ASAP. It gives 0.5 Pale Armor, which will solve all the issues agaisnt it.
Jokes aside you might want to consider A Sword Sharpened by Tears due to its pale damage resitance. Or Laetitia since that suit is pretty good for an abnormality that does not step into the WAW category. Obviously the ideal ones are Mimicry/Smile due to the 1.0 multiplier instead of a 1.5 or 2.0 but well, seems you're having trouble with a WAW; an ALEPH might prove to be too much.
Considering Judgement Bird responds best to Instinct work you might want to try and acquire some EGO gifts such as Loneliness/Red Eye from Old Lady/Spider Bud. And remember: Pale damage does a flat percentage damage of your employee's health. Healthier ones receive more damage from the attack.
Focus on maxing your Success and Job Speed rate. Once you get the hang of it Judgement Bird shouldn't give you that much of a hard time. Best of luck!
