Snow Queen Item?

So I was playing around with the Snow Queen and one of my Agents got captured. I sent in my best Agent to duel (which was awesome) and won, but both Agents got something from the Snow Queen when they finished that looks like icicles on their jawline.

In the equipped item slot it says "Those who know the cruelty of winter and the aroma of rose: UNKNOWN" - Anyone have any ideas on what effect this has?
