Should I play the other games before this?
I've tried the demo and I loved the concept, so that, Is it necessary to play the past games before this one?

Yes it is. Do not jump into this one without playing the others. You got 16 days to play them before this one. I would love to tell you why, but there's a guy on here named, " Battler Ushiromiya" and he will never stop arguing until you are convinced. So if I tell you why he will be on my butt like he just turned gay, xD.
I recommend starting with Danganronpa 1 Trigger(ed) Happy Havoc and then moving onto Super Danganronpa 2. If you do not feel like you have enough time to play both games, watch the anime for DR1: http://ww1.kiss-anime.me/Anime-danganronpa-kibou-no-gakuen-to-zetsubou-no-koukousei-the-animation-episode-1 Or find a better site or something...The anime isn't quite as good as the game, but it's still amazing. Do not, I repeat, do not watch the dub of DR1, unless you would like to hear a horrible script and things like, " I found this paper from the bottom of Togami's butt", xD.
You must play Super Danganronpa 2 though, because there is no anime of it, and it is crucial to the story of Danganronpa...
After you watched/played DR1 and SDR2, you have to watch another anime, Danganronpa 3.
If you didn't get anything I just said, then there's this: http://steamcommunity.com/app/567640/discussions/3/1458455461496890869/ to explain it, and there's also this: http://steamcommunity.com/app/567640/discussions/3/1458455461499273058/
I still recommend you play DR1 instead of watching the anime, because it will make you more accustomed to how the series works...But I watched the anime first, and then watched UrMom Isa Boss Play it...I still haven't played the first game, but I know everything that happens in it, I plan on playing it though...

There are a few important references in V3 that happen in the other games. So I highly recomend playing them all.

My name isn't Mich, xD. Oh wait, it was a spelling error and you meant "much", xD. I hope I helped, that's what I try and do on these forums, but because of my attitude I have been given a stigma by different people. COuGh CoUGh Dr.Swag Bunny/Mokka CoUGH coUGh

Why would you skip the two first games, they're great games.. This is an "unrelated" reboot, YES you should play the 2 first games even if it's not related to this story.

Also, a fun thing you should do before starting one of the Danganronpa games...
Find your favorite characters, or multiple favorites, and guess in your head if you think they will Kill, Survive, or Die...
It's more fun that way. Just remember that the Danganronpa Games have been nicknamed the, " All your favorite characters are going to die! " games...
xD.

xD. Make sure to choose the right waifu, or you might end up crying...
;-;
My favorite waifu in the first game died...But I tend to like characters that most people don't like.
It's not necessary, but it's highly recommended. The story is COMPLETELY UNRELATED to the rest of the series, which is something some people can't seem to get through their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ HEADS!
