Kaede or Chiaki?

Kaede has many good qualities.
-Wants everyone to survive
-Smart
-Kind
-Cute
-Everyone (except Miu, Maki, and possibly Kokichi) likes her
-Big Breasts
-In love with the male lead
-Encorages others before her death
-Executed unfairly

All of those qualities are also present in Chiaki from Danganronpa 2. Which of the two do you like more?

It's a very tough decision, but I think I'll go with Kaede. Her deal just seems more personal, since you play as her.

Why not both? They also pretty much alike, both are cute, help male protag, smart, can talk back and defnd themself when push come to shove, executed unfairly (in case of Chiaki twice in game and in Danganronpa 3 anime), both are kind and you can call them "heart" of the team.

The only thing Kaede has in favor of Chiaki is that her charecter was playable, so for a certan people her death has greater impact from gameplay perspective. Storywise both had the same > Go into a dark corner to cry manliest of tears outcome.

I seem to prefer Chiaki more but it's true that the two have similar traits and I've thought about that since playing the first chapter! I really love them both though in the end.

In my opinion Kaede = Chiaki + Naegi(Ultimate Hope form).
If she survive I think she gonna be one most overpower character in the series.

My favorite characters from each game are Kirigiri, Chiaki and Kaede (although, it might be a tie with Shuuichi). I refuse to compare my favorite gals.

The only reason I choose Kaede is cuz of the key of love, I like how everyone sees their perfect version of mc and Kaede is the only one that sees him as he is and even already in a relationship for a year (in the fantasy). I think if it was chiaki she would've liked mc to be more of a gamer. Anyway yhea Kaede cuz she shows her love more then Chiaki

has most (not all) of the same points and has other things going for her too!
