Does anyone know where to find these? I need it for Ridi's long laundry-list of items. It's the last one I need and I have no idea where to find it.

You can get them from certain chests in Umbra, and plenty of them down in Cobalt Campanula Floor 4~7.

I've gotten every chest I possibly can in Umbra, and I've been running around in Cobalt 4-7 for a while and still haven't found a single one.

Melm floor 6? (divine mausoleum) had 5 or so in chest (I think) Im missing olive branch myself :/

if you passed the petition for treasure spots, it's the whitey glowy sparkles on the ground that will give you stuff from the "LOOT" section.
It's the blue chest on the minimap that will give you anything else.

you can get everything except unassuming incense by running around in Cobalt Campanula and the Kingdom looking for sparkly ground spot and blue chest. I think one or two item are in the forest.

The treasure list from Witch Petition might also help you pinpoint which floor or area you might find the item you are looking for. Simply open the list from the map on each floor or area of a dungeon (you don't need to be there yourself). Next to the item will be a number. the higher it is, the harder to find the item is. more mana in the dungeon means more chance to get harder item from treasure spot.

Okay, I have every single loot list I can possibly have, and its not on any of them. I have cleared the Cobalt 4-7 all the way down to the boss fight with not a single Moon Serpents Blood found.
