You can rebuy it in the VIP section from the bartender. It's called M.Clock. The offer was a one time offer I believe.
In particular, the "premium" classes are worthless in end game. Their only benefit is to save a few hours getting to warrior dimension where you can spend thousands of hours not using the premium classes that you could buy for a few minutes run time worth of caps.
Any money spent on this game will be applied to soda dungeon 2 most likely... not this game. If there was any real hope of this game being developed further, it might be worth investing.
The base framework of Soda Dungeon wasn't designed for long term play though so I'm pretty sure they decided to ignore it in favor of starting over with soda dungeon 2.
