So whenever i try to jump on a platform it sometimes doesn't register and i fall back through it. This is really annoying especially when fighting a boss and trying to evade his bullets. Anyone else having this problem?

I just finished all levels in the game but for some reason 3 haven't unlocked, Hitech Ancient Egypt, Barrel of Rockets, and Scull. Is there anything special I'm supposed to do to unlock these?
