What are your PC Specs and does it crash?

Gigabyte H81M-HD3
Intel Core i5 4440 @ 3.10GHz
8,00Gt Dual-Channel DDR3
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti

It doesn't really crash it just fails to start
the message for preparing to start would open and close over and over again

Kinda off topic but would it be possible to have an official feature request thread? The game is not going to get any actual new content because it's an old release but we really could use some extra tweaks here and there like allowing us to remap the movement keys on our controllers and adding modern desktop resolution so we can play fullscreen without having steam pop ups cover 1/4 of the screen even when you set the scalling at max. I'm surprised that there's not even a keep aspect ratio option for fullscreen :/

Does "getting your input interrupted by another device" count as a bug? Because using the keyboard and the controller at the same time (For example, to emulate arrow keys on our dpads) will interrupt the controller's input (Charging a shot with the controller and then pressing a KB key will cause the shot to be automatically fired).

So I can't even start the game. The screen stays black, and as soon as I click the window or something else, it "doesn't respond" and I need to manually close. I tried the download cache purge, no results.

It tends to crash if I alt-tab.

I go to the rebind keys section, then the input for left changes to "break" instantly and nothing I press works. :C I don't have a controller plugged in.

I'm having it fail to launch entirely-it did earlier, nothing now. I suspect it might have something to do with me setting it to fullscreen mode, as that's the only setting I messed with in-game and it was running fine earlier. Clearing download cache didn't help, it just says "running" in the Library tab for a moment and then nothing happens.
