Perfect Achievement does not unlock

bare with me as this is a topic trying to help a friend and not me, I have the achievement. we did a flawless no damage run for a friend several times, several different maps we tried, several different campaigns, all on normal and even a couple hard. they couldn't get the achievement unlocked.

before its asked or said, yes they took absolutely no damage, we made sure of it. is anyone else having a problem with this?

I think the entire team may need to meet Perfect before it works. Try getting a whole gang of bots with Grenade Launchers on normal to ensure nothing reaches you. Ensure the host is the person who needs the achievement, sometimes achievements are rather ficky and are only awared to hosts.

OP said he was helping his friend. In short, there were at least two humans present in game.

OP also said they made sure that they got no damage at all so the requirement WAS met.

I got a perfect on a landing bay solo when I was waiting for people. No bots along for the ride.

Might wanna turn friendly fire on hardcore to do perfect. I have a sneaking suspicion someone got clipped by a teammate but it was too little dmg wise to see on the bar.

To be fair, I tested this with god mode enabled and didn't even get my Perfect bonus until the third mission of Jacob's Rest.

Something is really odd with the achievement on ASRD.

OP did not state this. He only mentioned it for his friends who needed it, not himself.

Not only that achievement, but apparently that 300 heal one (not good with names) without non-melee damage doesn't work properly.
