I played this game for quite some time but am unable to continue it because I'm stuck in the foyer and cannot get back to the cellar through the painting. What can I do to fix this problem?

We could not play the thread spools ("Hanoi towers") minigame because, after the first three moves, it did not allow moving a spool from position A (left) to a free position C (right). I even checked the official walkthrough: the fourth move listed in the walkthrough does not work....

Otherwise I would buy both on release. =/

How does one solve the crest puzzle? You need to arrange the 4 rock pieces to form the correct crest. I found a walkthrough and used it, but I don't understand how to solve the puzzle. I could not find an image of the completed crest anywhere.
