Unable to open locker room secret in Subhuman Resources.

After I beat the game once I wanted to go for all the achievements, so I started a brand new game with the goal to beat it 100%. I found all secrets and killed all enemies until I reached Subhuman Resources. One of the secrets is supposed to be a locker that cannot be opened with the use key - instead you need to get on top of the locker and fall back from it to open it. I tried to do this probably a hundred times and the locker never opened. To check if I have not missed anything else I killed every enemy in the level and found all other secrets and left it for last, then I tried again and the locker just wouldn't open no matter how I tried to open it. Does anyone else have this problem? I have uploaded my save file - if someone is able, could you please try to open the locker with this save file and if you can - please re-upload it so I can open the locker room myself.

Please check if this is a bug or if I have missed something useable on the map that I need to activate in order to get the secret. Thank you in advance!

It seems like you watched an old video that no longer shows the right way to get the secret.
