Can't agree with you, in my opinion, design of levels is one of the strongest points of this game.
I mean, there are a lot of open space in Ion Fury, besides some levels have big height.
And all that "neon levels", aren't they looking great? Reminds me the old Blade Runner.

the only neon levels where in chapter 1, and they were awesome, I thought the whole game might take place in a cyberpunk cityscape but nope almost all the next chapters are sewers and tunnels and brown and bland. The level structure and secrets themselves are well made, but the setting matters, and I got way to bored way to fast

They're well made, but yeah, a bunch of pipes and tunnels and sewers make up too many of the levels. I think the cyberpunk city levels are just simply too much work to make many of them and have them all be of the same quality.

You may be right, since I didn't see all levels, I just thought that I already saw quite a few spectacular things. Anyway, what bother me more are lack of enemies' variations and their low artificial IQ. And maybe too few guns for the game that requires so many hours to complete.

yeah enemy variety and weapon variety are really low. Hoping the dlc will add new ones and let you use them in the base campaign
