You'll have to open fury.grp with a file-archiver like 7-zip or WinRar.
Doesn't the steam version have that as well?
But be assured, Ion Fury isn't the first and won't be the last game with its sound files easily accessible in the game files.

I've also created a game mod that allows a user to play Ion Fury while substituting the in-game music tracks with the FLAC versions from his albums. This mod is freely available from here for anyone that may be interested:
I still haven't gotten around to creating my next, updated version of this mod that greatly expands it's track replacement capabilities, and also includes additional Ion Fury cover tracks by Zone Tripper, but I do still intend on doing so at some point. I do have a wip version of this update that is functional, but it's not yet ready to be released publicly.
