Any plans for VR support?
I would love it. I already play Ion Storm in VR on a virtual screen, but I would want it stereoscopic (and I mean the environments, the sprites would still be flat of course).

I am sure it sounds outlandish, but I've been playing the original 90s era doom in VR using the mod GZ3doom and it's great. EDuke32 also received a similar mod for Oculus (would prefer Steam VR over Oculus though).

Any before anyone mentions motion sickness: I play GZ3doom standing and the motion is super fast, but I have an iron stomach and don't get sick since I've been using VR for 3 years now.

All I am looking for as far as VR support goes is head tracking + stereoscopic maps (sprites would still be flat). No motion controller support is needed.

I highly recommend looking into a game called Compound in VR its awesome and has a good demo you can try out.

Oh I have it. I also have Quell 4D too (VR game with flat sprites in a fully 3D world). I love both games. I need some Ion Fury in VR!

Oooo never heard of Quell 4D (just bought my Oculus Rift S about two weeks ago so glad to be hearing about more interesting games thank you for that)

You should play Bioshock. It always gets me sick.
