Sorry, but as it is now you can not.
I would advise you using the Tanki Online client, a web browser, or Standalone Flash Player for any other accounts you want to play with.

I am already playing in browser.I just know to how to log out in steam.I wrote the tanki online support,stll watinig for answer.Thank you anyways

Wey, I do not know if you already checked this out, but there is this other topic in the Discussions where it seems players found a way to solve the "login problem":

But I am not sure if, after following the steps listed in that topic, Steam will still recognize your Tanki Online as from Steam, or it will list it in your Steam library as a non-Steam game.
