MS2 is available in korea, but a KSSN (Korean resident registration number) is required to play. Korea really likes to keep track of their gamers, Lol.

I wouldn't be surprised if in the near future you're required to register with ID in the West too. Nothing can surprise me anymore.

Nope, if you were to download the game and launch it all you would get are connection problems or the game telling you about it being down. No idea though because i havent played it since like 1 month after launch.
