looking for other rpgs that let you manage a ship/caravan/base etc.

this game scratches a real itch for me, to a lesser extent so does rogue trader (or it will when its been fixed) only thing i can think of that comes close is fallout 4 with settlement resource management, does anyone know of any other rpgs where you are always on the look out for supplies for your base? preferably something on the move like a ship or caravan? weird request i know it just makes me tick
