Possible fix for constant crashing

It worked for me.. if your game is crashing ever hour or so so the following.

Go to the options menu and disable Vsync and set a max framerate to about 60fpb(lower if needed)

Again i can't say this will work well for everyone but it fixed most of my problems

My review for this pile of garbage.
It's a broken game! How the ♥♥♥ k do they keep getting away with this ♥♥♥♥♥!! I forgot to google "Is Pillars of Eternity 2 a broken game that constantly freezes and crashes?", because if I did I would have found a sh itload of posts on that subject. And how is it that there aren't more reviews that illuminate this fraud? Because steam grooms its reviews to manipulate the sheep. Yah, most of you! Buyer Beware.

Game still crashes for me. Picked it up during steam sale for $20. Lots of fun but the crashes are just disappointing.

Hi! I ran into a similar problem after setting up a new system. The problem originates from the game engine (unity). The only fix that worked for me is to undervolt the GPU with a programm called MSI Afterburner. Important is, that you have to set the curve on around 1240 MHZ and make sure to apply the change.
