Crookspur Island multiple broken quests / bugs with events

SPOILERS ABOUT A SECONDARY MISSION AHEAD

So, i got on Crookspur Island, playing as good character so my plan was go there, free all the slaves, kill all the bad guys if theyattacked me or if i could not find a peaceful solution.

So i did. I was attacked by the auctioneer because i said him i would not leave the fort, so he ordered the guards to kill me.

After killing all enemies in the fort exterior, i proceeded to the dungeons, i DID NOT open any cell because first i wanted to clear ALL the fort from enemies.

Down there i met some native slaves that looked like warriors, i told them i would free them later on. there also was another cell with civilian slaves.

I then proceeded to the caves and cleared the spiders, last i cleared the upper fort where Headmaster guy is, the quest log notified me this:

Captain Aeldys quest updated, must go back to her, and that is OK, but the log still says " The captives still remain imprisoned in the fort" - I liberated them there is nobody left in there!
Quest "Tip of the spear" failed - i assume the quest was given if you were ally of the slavers so ok
"Cruel cargo" quest updated, go back to the guy to say you defeated slavers, ok

The problem comes now:

I go and free the warrior guys, i say the fort is clear, and it really is, they escape and go. Then next i have the normal civilian slaves, but i see their cell is already open, i suppose the warrior guys freed them when escaping.

I go outside from the trapdoor and a small cutscene plays where i see a lot of dead people on the ground, which i realize are the slaves i liberated minutes before.

HOW THE HELL DID THEY DIE IF THE FORT WAS CLEAR OF ENEMIES?

Any idea what's going on?

Similar issue here. Also, Aeldys isn't even in her fort when i try to turn in the quest, instead she's in Dunnage being held by Furrante. I guess there's a quest conflit here causing some bug.

Yeah, I had issues with this quest as well. There is NOBODY left in Crookspur dungeons, but the "Shrewd Proposition" quest line tells me there is.
