Construct Battles in the Crucible???
Can anyone explain to me what the gadget in the middle of the arena and the jugs of gadget fuel spread all over the battlefield are for in this battle? Seems like they should be relatively important and since I wiped when surrounded by 7 steel constructs all doing their furnace thing I'm guessing I need a better strategy that trying to keep my priest alive long enough to get off a dismissal each round. Plus, I only have 3 of those dismissals and it looks like there are at least 4 waves of constructs, more? Help please. I'm already adding a fire protection option to my party, but that ain't gonna be enough to pull this one off.

Is this the battle that keeps spawning new constructs? I remember aiming for one construct first until it stops spawning after its highest level. Repeat the same method on the next construct until nothing's left.

Yes it is, but not sure my battle is working the same way. The constructs appear in waves of 5-7. Seems to be a mix in each wave of rust, iron, steel, etc.

So, I gave it another go and experimented with attacking the disruptor fuel and it when I did so it sent some electricity to the disruptor in the center of the battlefield. I have no idea what this actually did, but it seems to have disabled some or all of the construct's special abilities. No more furnace AOE (for example). Battle was quite easy after that. Just herd them together and dismiss if you are high enough level to do so.
