Mod to rebind camera controls on a keyboard with no numpad?

So like most folks I know, I've used a modern 75% keyboard with no numpad for the best part of the last ten years, and reinstalling this to stream for an audience ran into the nonrebindable controls snag.
Has anyone bashed together a mod to overwrite the camera inputs to the nonfunctional arrow keys? I know it's a long shot, since PCGamingWiki has nothing listed, but I figured if anyone has workarounds this would be where to find them.

Key binds are fully hardcoded, If you really wanted to you'd need to use something like AutoHotKey or ATN Keymapper.
