It isn't a huge deal but i think there are 5 dialogue choices that raise it +10 each if you are low. Of course killing will lower it, and bad dialogue choices lower it.
1) Early accept the chance to clear the monsters in the silver mines
2) Talking to the prince and standing up for the principles of humans.. May we liberate mortal slaves or does the Prince not care about them
3) Saying Lily might be a valuable ally and not to kill her
4) Refuse Luthers talk about killing yourself, something like that.
5) refuse to kill lucretia
i think those are the 5 instances you can gain humanity. Plenty of ways to lose it. If you try to be good you shouldnt' have a problem having 50 at the endgame to get the good ending, but again it isn't a huge deal, many like to drop it fast to wear the unholy gear.
I thought you had to be somewhere near 100 to get the good boy ending.
