CD Key?
Hello, I might be doing it wrong - but once I'm past the Activision splash screen I get asked for a CD key.. Nothing in Steam pops up with a CD key or anything (like some games do).. How can I get the key?

In the game's files there is a vampire.reg (registry file) try to use that and see what happens, it's what put the cdkey in windows registry. It should have been executed automatically by Steam the first time you start the game though.

Get a cd key from any of those thousands serial key websites and check if they accept those as last straw

there is no onlinemode anyway besides lan - and it even worked with same cd key as we used to only have 1 disc for 3ppl at some times.


Run the regist file in adminmode, run the game in win8 or below compability mode along with admin, this helped for some as far as I know

I just installed my gog version of vampires game and works now on steam.
