Any specific mods worth checking out?

Hello.

I know that there is a considerable amount of mods for this game out there, but I don't know if any of them are any good. Are there some good ones out there which you would recommend?

I'm mainly after facelift so any good graphics/texture mods would be my priority, but I'm not against any unofficial patches or anything else either, as long as it doesn't change the gameplay so much that it feels like cheating.

Kind of a subjective question but yes, in my opinion, much of the weapon mods are good and pretty fun.

But I'd encourage you to play the game normally at least once before delving into the mods. Just so you know the difference between them and the original experience. Also, back up your data.
