Just a few things.
A few suggestions I'd like to throw out. I dig this game, and the aesthetic is amazing, but it needs some polish (it's still in early access so it basically goes without saying).

1. Longer hide times. The hide time seems too short. Because of how prop physics behave it can be a chore to find the prop you want and get to a good spot. Especially with the stairs in the manor or the larger maps. 10 extra seconds would be great I think.

2. True hide and seek mode. When the hide timer is up witches can no longer move. I have no idea if I'm the only person who would like this mode. Chicken should probably be disabled.

3. Chicken rebalance. The chicken is a great idea, however as it currently works it promotes cheesy hiding spots over trying to actually blend in. Far better to be a book hidden under some larger prop than a ladder because the chicken will find you. Now I'm not sure how to balance it, but I feel it needs some work to help promote a more healthy style of prophunt that is more about looking like part of the scenery than it is squeezing into impossible to see spots.

4. Map sizes. Many of the maps are far too large for 10 players or less (the size of most servers). The ice map and the small village map (the one with the big archway), are in my opinion the perfect size. The large village is far too big for only 10 players (usually only 3 hunters), you could cut it clean in half and have two perfectedly sized map. However if there were more servers with perhaps 24+ players these large maps would work, but I find the witches almost always win on them with 10 or less players.

5. Verticality. On certain maps (the large village being the primary contender) the amount of verticality unduly punishes the hunters. Some times due to the random nature of the prop spawing the hunters will be totally without a way to get to higher spots, where witches can safely hide unless someone brough the grappling hook. Now I understand that's the purpose of the grappling hook, however I would like to suggest that there needs to be a way to do it without the hook. It should be a convinience, not a necessity.

6. The spawn doors. Witches can currently block the spawn room doors with large props. This needs to be addressed so people don't cheat. Perhaps if you get hit by the spawn door as a witch you simply die.

7. Decoy. The decoy looks like a wtich, once you've taken the form of a prop you can never turn back into a witch thus making it completely useless (except to fool the chicken). The decoy should instead look like a random prop that is on the map.

8. Random spawn points for witches. On the larger map it would be nice if witches spawned in at random spots instead of all in the same place. I don't know how doable this is, but it would certainly make it better for witches to hide indepently from one another.

6. is already implemented, you can both melee through walls and door AND the spawn door will open in on itself if you shoot it with 'taters.

I think it would be better if the decoy looked like you. If you're in default witch-form, then the decoy looks like a witch. If you're a prop, the decoy should be the same prop (instead of random prop). That way the hunter has a hint, if they're able to identify what the prop that's triggering their chicken is, and it would help in creating multiple targets when the hunter is chasing you.
