Big Bug

I am playing for the first time and I think I am going through the tutorial.
The game seems to become stuck after displaying "if you want to see a very small detail on the card, hold on top of its big version" popup.
I clicked everything I could think of and the game won't react in any way.

You need to press and HOLD your left mouse button somewhere on the big card for a moment.
