Game Broken?
I have owned the game for year. I have successfully played for years on this same PC. It has been updated, verified, uninstalled, reinstalled -

And no luck launching for over 6 months

Any ideas on who to contact or the best way to go about getting it fixed? This is beyond frustrating.

Hey All - so the I tweeted the Twin Sails Interactive and I messaged them on their website to get an answer. Here's the issue I see - they no longer even acknowledge this game anymore. I doubt we will be getting answers, getting refunds, or ever playing again

They also no longer acknowledge it on their Steam page. So unless multiple people spam their Twitter, Support Email, and Reviews - we may have to say RIP Mysterium

I played it last night, seemed to work fine for me (online multiplayer). And I can see Mysterium listed among other Twin Sails Interactive games on their Steam page.

Unfortunately, their support for this game has always been very poor, almost nonexistent. They have changed their name from Assmode to TSI but sadly this change didn't bring better customer service or bug fixes for their games.

my game is no longer responsive, same issue. ): I was going to play this on my stream but now it's sad to think I won't be given a refund. It worked originally years ago but won't load up in the play option.

Yeah, my game has stopped working too. I can go to the lobby but then my game freezes and I cannot do ♥♥♥♥.

OK, so I was able to join a game by starting and then leaving the Story mode. This is so stupid. Fix your games, Assmode!

EDIT: Works fine again.

I bought this in late February and have a requested a refund as it just won't start, no matter what I do to try and fix the problem. Support doesn't reply to messages. Asmodee is honestly one of the worst things to happen to the boardgame industry in decades. Been trying for years to resolve issues with FFG physical products. I won't support the company under these circumstances.

I just recently bought the expansion, played it several times, but now it won't start. Same with 2 of my friends I "use" to play this with.

My husband and I have tried reinstalling it and it will no longer open on either computer. Hardly seems fair if we cant request a refund as I'd previously only played 2 hours....

I'd contact Steam and request a refund. At the very least lodge a complaint about the software support from Asmodee.

We all requested a refund, Steam said no because we played for more than 2 hours. So I guess that means now if you buy any game; play it for 2.1 hours; and the company decides to discontinue the game, your SOL.
