I only ask because I was looking through crash logs earlier and found some warnings mentioning d3d11.dll along with application error code 0xc0000005 which is an
access violation error code.
In every one of the crash logs I looked at, this error code came up in relation to d3d11.dll.

I sent those crash report files to Arrowhead Support around a week ago

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED is the most consistent BSOD error code i get, game starts up fine, however after about 5mins of game play i get the BSOD, if i launch helldivers 2 up and then quit before
the BSOD if i play another game i will get the BSOD again since i didn't manually uninstall nProtect (also how i def know its nProtect and not helldivers 2 itself) I do not get BSODs at all before

anything specific coded into this game which is the source of crash;
any software doing something similar most likely would trigger the fatal system error.

Yep same here. 14600k, 4070 on 551.23 drivers, 32gb ddr5 and it just constantly crashes.

Then I get this in the error log:
