Don't obfuscate matter's for which they're not. It's wholly unnecessary, not to mention wildly antagonistic.
Therefore logically, you should use an alternate AC that works better, no?
The hardware issues, some might be unrelated but GG has had a history of this kind of things for many years, so I'm inclined to believe that at least some are true.
Those cheats aren't bypassing the anti-cheat.
Arrowhead screwed up and left in a way to delay the start of gameguard which gives people a short window to modify the Helldivers process.
And then when they patched it out, they didn't put any version check on the exe so people can just copy the unpatched one back in.
This is 100% an issue with their implementation of the AC, not the AC itself.
Stop being complacent to the dangers of data invasion.
and I would have jumped onto the game every hour I can, but at this point in time, having ended work and all... I'm not in the game because of cheaters ruining a PVE coop game...
That anti-cheat sure is working well.
Pardon?

Oh there is, even now some people find a way to bypass it and troll others. Probably by using Linux install.

Only kernel level anti-cheat is somewhat efficient.
Easy Anti Cheat, or old PunkBuster also have kernel level driver.
Cheat Engine says hello. You people are embarrassing at this point.
For anyone else wondering, Deadlock here is the same guy that requested the Anti-Cheat section be locked down to only people who bought Helldivers 2.
By that point GG is already running.
Stop making nonsense claims to defend it and accept that it doesn't work. This is so painfully easy to prove that it's just insane you're even arguing about it.
I'm not the one making up "nonsense claims" here.
I'm not including everything as I don't know where the line for "advertising cheating" etc is, but it's easy enough to find.
From CH website for their trainer:
So yeah, you amend a launch option and rename a file to delay the Gameguard service start time as long as possible.
And then hook into the helldivers process before gameguard starts.
Which is exactly what I said.
Also worth mentioning that the trainer has been blocked a few times already.
e.g.
Glad to see them paying attention to it, but conversely this is incredibly basic stuff that shouldn't have ever been getting through the AC in the first place. Trainers that hook in like this have been a thing since the early 2000s.
It still shows that GG by default is awful and doesn't do it's job. The Dev's shouldnt have had to manually blacklist CEngine or basic dll hooking lol. They're not security experts and so will inevitably miss things which are less obvious.
