ReShade bannable?

Can I get banned for using ReShade to fix the black level raise in HDR?

Phantasy Star Online 2 also has nprotect and Reshade triggers that game's anti-cheat and kicks you from the game, so likely the same here.

That said, I don't think you'd get banned, just kicked from the game.

So far, so good! I was able to fix the black level floor with reshade, and the game looks absolutely stunning on an OLED, although I hope they add more HDR options and fix the black level raise :)

I think Hunt Showdown had some ReShade changes you could make that gave you a massive advantage over players that didn't, and ALOT of people did it if i remember right.

That said, that is a highly competitive PvP game where you lose your character and gear if you die..

...while Helldivers is a PvE co-op game so i don't see the logic there.

ya hunt is a pvp game......and reshade in that game made it so night time wasnt night time for you and rain effects etc didnt show up giving you massive advantage in sight.
also had a zoom in when you ads.
im anti this game but for good reasons but useing a reshade in pve should not be bannable espically if you are color blind and it makes the game better for you

How's it going so far? I just sent an email off to the devs to ask about this and finally stumbled upon this thread. Still working?

I've been using it for a few days now while playing with my buddies, and I haven't had any problems so far!

Oh yeah let me Fix the FPS mode in this game that has a half baked one already in it and band reshade on a PVE game.

Yeah I would like to know that too. Since Helldivers 2 doesm't even support Nvidia Freestyle filters. But it is most lively detected as cheat by GameGuard.
