It´s because this stup*d Gameguard detects even software that is Installed and NOT running as "hack attempt". This Software is utter trash and bricks, in the worst case, your whole System so that you have to completely reinstall Windows.
The problem of Gameguard ist that everything for ex. a simple Driver for a Headset or a Mouse can cause such behavior. This AC Software is Not only useless, there are plenty hackers and cheaters alredy ingame, but can make your rig become a world class brick to build new Houses.
You might alredy seen it but here's a Link to another Thread who Shows what i meen and much more. https://steamcommunity.com/app/553850/discussions/2/4206994023681304166/
Thank you. Yes I did see that thread. For now this game can stay well away from my desktop.
I managed to play a few games now without crash/'hack attempt detected'.
I disabled 'Steam input' for controllers, disabled in-game Steam UI and added GameGuard folder to whitelist in Windows defender. No idea which of these steps stopped the issue (or if it is even stopped for good). Hopefully if anyone else has this issue they can try those steps. I still stand by that this is a sad excuse for an anti-cheat.
