On the software side there is frame generation if you want to try that. Its not for everyone as it adds input lag, which isn't that great in a game like Helldivers, but some people don't mind it. AMD has AFMF in the drivers, which is free. There's also lossless scaling on Steam for a couple of bucks, which I know works in Helldivers. With that you can get around 80fps. If you're interested in that there are lots of videos on Youtube that explain the technology and its downsides, of which there are a couple. It still is very cool though.
